Great experience with Mike - he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and I've finally been able to enjoy my espresso machine! I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Mike!!!

I went to this gentleman because my espresso machine was producing less then I thought it was supposed to amounts of coffee or espresso. After diagnosing my machine mr. Mike said everything seem to be working good however it needs a good cleaning. He said that he had tried the machine afterwards and works great, amounts of coffee are as they should be. I agreed and paid mr. Mike $30 plus tip $10 and was very happy that was just a thorough cleaning as per Mike. Went home, tried making a coffee right away however machine is producing a lot less. Took it back and mr Mike blamed the thorough cleaning however promised to fix the machine since it was his fault. Fast forward 50 days he calls me for the machine to be picked up. Machine doesn’t work at all. If anyone needs more details I have all the massages saved. This guy has no honor and doesn’t keep his word, lies, and is a waste of time. In my experience the 5 reviews are sort of deceiving and we’re the reason I let this guy ruin my machine, Bosch benvenuto. My wife and I are very upset and will report his business doing to the BBB. That’s all we can do for now. All I can say is be aware of my experience. Hope it helpsG

It is difficult to find a place to repair small appliances and other electrical items. I found Mike on Kijiji. Had a toaster that was not working. He keeps costs down, is attentive and customer focused. He set a nominal charge to evaluate and will let you know if it is not worth fixing. For me, he said it couldn’t be fixed because the parts were not available. Mike is knowledgeable and straightforward - somewhat difficult to find these days. Mike seemed to be fairly backed up with work, so he had our Breville espresso machine for more than 2 weeks, but he was very thorough in his diagnosis of the problem, and in the end, he refused to charge me because he didn't have to replace any parts. He even followed up a couple of weeks later to see how the machine was working. I'll be going back for sure. Thanks Mike!
