My mail was swapped with a 90 year olds mail for TWO YEARS because both our names are Elizabeth & our street numbers were the same. Different last names, different streets yet for TWO YEARS we had to constantly swap mail because people don’t care to pay attention. I even had a laptop get delivered to this woman at Christmas time…I’m just lucky she is honest & she’s lucky I’m honest. ZERO help from Canada post we were on our own to fix the endless screw ups .

Awful customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Has you spend money package it all up than turns you away saying the can’t mail it when it says specifically on package can be mailed at any Canada Post location. Time for a change in their employee wise I’d say. Some have over stayed and some have clearly not had the right training
