Great hospitality! This is lovely bed and breakfast, and it is super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was incredibly good, even catering to my food allergies. We would definitely return.

Just a wonderful BnB!! Brent and Ophelia are a warm and welcoming couple and have created an environment that is the same. Their home is beautiful and comfortable and our room and ensuite were just lovely. Ophelia has thought of anything you may need during your stay. Our breakfast was delicious, Ophelia is an outstanding cook. The property the home sits on is very picturesque and would be beautiful in any season and very easily located. Highly recommend spending a few days at the 20 Acre Woods BnB.

We stayed at 20 Acre Woods for 2 nights while in Ingonish. The moment we stepped through the door, Ophelia and Brent greeted us with incredible warmth and kindness. The accommodations were amazing! Beautiful, immaculate room and lots of bright and welcoming communal living space. Ophelia is an outstanding cook and we had 2 delicious breakfasts, alongside fun and interesting conversations.They were both extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants, music, and activities.Thanks to Ophelia and Brent, 20 Acre Woods felt like home away from home

Believe all these other great reviews, they are not exaggerated. 20 acre woods is the very best place to be on Cape Breton, and Brent and Ophelia are incredibly warm and welcoming. They are also great fun - our faces hurt after several days of continuous laughter! We stayed in the king room, with views to the water and an incredibly beautiful pink sunrise. The room was huge, with everything a traveler could need - including a very comfortable bed. The hikes they recommended were perfect, and the beach near their house is quintessential Nova Scotia beauty. Our greatest mistake was not staying long enough - and when we left we felt we were leaving dear friends.

Both Ophelia and Brent were welcoming and wonderful hosts. The place was quiet which was what we needed. Ophelia made us a delicious home cooked breakfast. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Stayed for a couple nights on our trip around Cape Breton. Brent and Ophelia are very gracious hosts and really made the experience a 11/10!!! It felt like we were staying with family :) They really made the stay enjoyable, and were very accommodating to my food sensitivities! They really go above and beyond!!! The room was very clean, and the beds were beyond comfortable. Would highly recommend staying at 20 Acre Woods, without a doubt!

I was traveling to Cape Breton to do a bit of bicycling on the Cabot Trail and stayed one night at 20 Acre Woods and had a fabulous stay! The location was gorgeous on a hill with a beautiful view of the water. Ophelia and Brent could not have been more gracious or engaging. I ended up chatting and laughing with them for hours. The “Love” Room where I stayed was super quiet and comfortable. Did I mention that Ophelia’s omelettes were amazing? My only regret was that I didn’t stay longer - best sleep I’d had in ages!The room was wonderful and just up the road from the Cabot Trail in Ingonish and beautiful hiking and biking in Cape Breton National Park.

We stayed in the Love Room and its the best B&B we have ever stayed in! Ophelia and Brent offered warm hospitality, a delicious breakfast, four season sitting room, the place is spotless, beautiful property and best bed! Brent and Ophelia are the most gracious hosts and we will back again on our next trip to Cape Breton! Highly recommend staying here when you are in Cape Breton!
