April 2022 3.5★Service from the staff is great. Though it was a shame some of the items were out of stock. Though this store had items that were out of stock at competitors store as well.Overall, decent prices, good service.

Visited this store today to buy a vanity which was heavy. Emily, Herman and Shaurya were very nice and helpful. The 2 gentlemen also helped me load the vanity into my car. Knowing I was also buying a few light fixtures, Emily suggested that I take a look at the clearance section. She also took the time to walk me to the blue skids where items were placed and reminded me that there is an additional 75% off. I bought 2 great led lights. Will definitely come again. Thank you!

Amazing helpful and courteous staff in every department. Especially the paint department. Shopping here was a terrific experience. Found some great deals too. Will definitely be coming back.

trying to get some garden supplies and material to fix outside railing. The store does offer advice but there is no column that I can buy at the store. The staff suggested to check it out online. I discovered Craftsman brand there.

This is my local Rona. I dropped in early this morning and was literally the only customer in the store. While searching for what I needed I was passed by 3 employees none of which had the courtesy to acknowledge me or possibly ask if I required assistance. Management may wish to consider staff training in the area of customer service (a beginners' guide perhaps). A reminder to staff that it is your customers that provide staff the privilege of employment would be in orderRONA you can do better

always a great experience. even though they merged with Lowe's, Rona has more in stock items. Lowe's is out of stock most times.

Wonderful service from Jim and nice young lady from the paint section! They were very knowledgeable and helpful in my shopping process, always keen to offer help when needed! These staffs are the reasons for positive customer retention and satisfaction.
