Our experience with this store and company was exceptional from the moment we walked in. Marco DiTullio was ready for us and had us take approximate measurements and pictures of our rooms in preparation of our visit. He listened attentively, asked questions and showed us many options throughout his stores vast inventory. Our choices made and appointment was set up for a technician Mr. Louis Larosa to take accurate measurements. A few weeks later we received an email asking us to book an appointment for installation! Our custom blinds were ready! Once again, Mr. Louis Larosa arrived at our home and installed our blinds efficiently and with great care. He sought our feedback when the work was done and gave us some helpful pointers. Excellent service! We appreciated the emails and texts confirming our purchase, updates and thank you’d for choosing to shop with them. We felt as appreciated as they did. Will definitely use them again.

What was supposed to be exceptional service as they claim on their website and on television turned out to be a terrible experience. We purchased blinds and they were delivered a whole 2 inches larger than the measurements given. How can you give a that much of a leeway? Now, we are stuck with blinds that cannot be shortened and told to simply drill holes in my walls? Wow. Their 30-day guarantee does not cover wrong measurements and the consumer would need to pay the full amount to get a whole new sets of blinds. A serious hard work’s expense gone to waste. This could have all been avoided if we were offered their free at home consultation service during the very first meeting to ensure that proper measurements are taken and given for production to avoid miscommunication between the client and manufacturer. A suggestion to management, all employees must make it a habit to offer the at home consultation to every interested and potential client.

One of the best blinds stores in Montreal , if you are looking for a professional blinds and drapes then this is the place to be . The staff are professional from the minute they take your sales order , selection and measurements till the minute they install . The accessories and fittings are good quality and designed very well , the fabric quality is outstanding. Just allow them to take their time in production and delivery and you won’t regret it .P.S: many thanks to Valerie from sales team

Azenif (our in-home consultant) and our installer inensured the best expierence for us. We opted for no valences and were able to keep costs low. We paid around $1,300 for everything.

Amazing service even after the purchase. When I had to go for a repair for one of the blinds eight years after we bought it the store repaired the blind free of charge under the lifetime warranty. Jessica at Maurice-Gauvin store in Laval was very helpful. Very professional and 100% customer satisfaction.
