Went to pickup 2 tractors, both miled out junk, need tires not just 1 at a tome, interiors looked like a barnyard. Disgusting... Don't waste your money on their JUNK"!!! Went to a third POS

I recently rented a truck to move from a 1bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment. The condition of the truck was wonderful and staff were very helpful at the desk. I did run into an issue with billing but Michelle (I think is her name) did a wonderful job helping me through it. She was kind, thorough and very understanding. The prices are fair and I will definitely come back to Penske again

Great truck rental company. We rent 5-ton trucks from them on a regular basis and their prices are very competitive. Their fleet is in a good condition as well. There are some minor issues that arise here and there occasionally, but their team takes care of everything and leaves you with a good overall experience.

Driving home from a gymnastics tournament and got a flat on the side of the road. Proceeded to change the tire but before I could even get the jack out, an awesome guy pulled over and took over the job and had it done in no time. Super nice gesture with a smile on his face. His other half who was there told me his name is Colt and works at Penske. Here’s a review in thanks.

I'm here often picking up trucks for a day or 2 and the staff that I deal with in the mornings are all great, friendly, and they get things done so I'm never waiting longer than I have to.Update: Much has changed but the service has not, it's still great, I'm not there waiting long at all. Just a quick stop, sign some paper work and drive away.Keep up the A+ service, its excellent.

This company was highly recommended to me. When I called to get a quote, the price had changed drastically. When asked why so expensive, I was told that the price my family member paid 7 months ago was a COVID deal. Funny how COVID is still here. I was literally shut down. Very disappointed by the way it was handled. Would not recommend Penske due to the way the phone call was handled. Asked to speak to the manager and really not sure that was who I actually got to talk to.

These guys are great.. I have reserved a truck and due to unforseen circumstances. I had to reschedule it over and over due to freezing cold conditions. The staff was very understanding and happy to reschedule. I am in business and I pride myself and my company on the best customer service possible. So my review is based on the customer service they provided me .After I rent my truck and complete the rental. I will be renting here from now on .I recommend penske truck rentals.
