Ok. But shop around I found better rates closer to Vancouver downtown compared to surrey and it was worth the drive as I was exchanging $8,000 u.s. to CDN funds so the difference was worth the drive using my time and gas. But if exchanging small amount they are better then the bank.

From walking in the door to leaving the gentleman behind the desk was rude.I walked in and said hello no response from the man. Got my money exchange which was fine . I then said thankyou and the man again to emotions and not a single word .Last time I'll ever come here.

I have typically bought my currency here but was recently disappointed with the rate charged for Euros, their website had the exchange as $1.46 Canadian however I was charged $1.51. I could have bought it at my bank for less. Will think twice about purchasing currency from them in the future.

I came here to exchange some currency I had from my trip to Thailand to CAD. The lady at the front desk told me they don’t accept Thailand currency and it’s the only one they don’t accept. She advised me to go to my bank or another currency exchange place. Which makes no sense. Won’t be returning.
