They were closing today, Dec 31, at noon. I called, unaware of their schedule, at 11:59 am. We desperately needed a floor scrubber. Even though Dawn was just heading out the door, she arranged for a floor scrubber to be here, and it was here in 90 mins.I'm at a loss for the proper words to describe that level of service. I am impressed, however, and I think you will be, too.Thank you, Dawn and everyone at Sunbelt Rentals.

Dropped off a unit at this location this morning and upon leaving the parking lot I struck a 2' tall black post that was poorly marked with an already broken pylon on top of it. Clearly I was not the first or last to hit this post.Although sunbelt is not responsible for my lack of attention, they are responsible for addressing the issue and putting an end to the the tens of thousands of dollars of carnage this post as caused.FIX YOUR PARKING LOT, MAKE A POST AT LEAST 4' TALL PAINT IT YELLOW

I cannot say enough great things about these folks. They went above and beyond. I had an unique situation - and they worked with me to not only bring in the correct equipment -but the rates were fantastic and the service was incredible. They even brought in the right equipment from one of their other locations - at no extra charge. Recently, I badly assumed that I would rent from a big box for convenience". My experience with this place is not directed at the company but on the shop foreman. This man is rude and disrespectful to his clients / customers and tries to be an intimidating bully I'm sure he was a bully in school and is still a bully now. In all of my life I have never treated a customer with such disrespect as I was treated with today. I would not recommend dealing with the shop foreman if you do not want to be disrespected on the other hand the shop manager that I spoke with was very respectful and would love to have your business
