Moderate selection of mid to high end wines with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Limited selection of spirits with popular go-to brands. Open late and located next door to Sutton Place Hotel this is a convenient outlet for last minute and late evening purchases.

Very uninformed about their products. Felt rushed once at the cash. Had infinitely better service at smaller sized and less fanciful wine retailers. Will not go back or recommend!

When I walked in, some woman looked me up and down, scoffed loudly, then completely ignored my presence. Not even a common greeting. This perhaps might not have been so bad, but when I asked whether they carried a particular grape (a Cerdon du Bugey), she had no idea what I was talking about. I might have been able to tolerate the extreme pretention of this shop were it not for their apparent lack of knowledge, too. Other shops in this vicinity knew exactly what I was asking for even if it's a lesser known variety. Shop elsewhere.

Nice wine store, can find some gems here.When put to the test though, they didn’t have what I was looking for. I also hoped that their Cava offering would be wider. Service was personable and quite charming.

Staff was very rude. I started asking a question and the lady spewed out an answer before I was done. Her attitude was atrocious. The tax added is unrealistic. Why am I paying $3 in tax for an already overpriced six pack? The hours are ridiculous and this entire store needs to be shut down or at the very least improved in terms of customer service, pricing, and hours.

Staff were helpful and seemed to know their wines. The selection is not as vast as say government liquor stores but the staff are way more knowledgeable. The location is pretty central downtown which is a plus. Would recommend if need to bring a wine to a get together but unsure what to get or just to buy a beverage for yourself.

Great wine but very poor customer service. The gentleman and older lady are always super helpful friendly and nice but the caucasian lady who wears glasses in her middle years is the issue. She is very condescending, rude and downright sour!!!! Being a person that shops here all the time, I thought i had an isolated incident but eventually when all your friends say the same thing then its not a coincidence. The rest of the google reviews about this particular lady shows you just how poor her customer service is and this place is going to lose business if nothing is done! Lady i hope you deal with whatever issues are troubling you.

Too overly priced for the quality, you can get the same quality for $20 less in any other wine store. Customer service is terrible!. I find this place doesn't give you a piece of mind to actually look at what your buying, the woman at the counter comes down and asks am i looking for something and of course i am looking for a nice bottle of wine and actually know what I'm looking for. I said I'm fine and then she goes and tells the guy to come over and speak with me, which he asks me the exact same thing and tries to convince me to buy overly priced wine. Very uncomfortable experience and I wont be returning to this store!
