I highly recommend Trifit if you are looking for a great workout environment. The trainers are extremely professional, and they pay keen attention to your individual needs. I’m 69 years old. Last summer I broke my ankle (compound fracture) and was diagnosed with breast cancer. So, six months later, I wasn’t sure if Trifit was a good fit (excuse the pun) for me. Turns out it was the perfect place! The atmosphere is welcoming, and Sara works with me to strengthen and tone my entire body. She respects my weaknesses and inspires me with every workout. Thank you, and welcome to the Pointe-Claire Village!

Amazing gym!! All of the trainers are knowledgeable, personable and professional. Sara is always incredibly thoughtful when putting together my workouts and has helped me achieve my goals much faster than I expected! My boyfriend also did some physical therapy with Tyler after an injury, and has seen significant improvements in his mobility.Aside from Trifit’s amazing staff, the facilities are always very clean and well ventilated. The atmosphere is always amazing and gets me pumped to work out. Truly a 10/10 gym!!!
