I wanted find some one who can help me to get my house GRCA permit.So I googled it and read the website reviews carefully . I hesitated email to the Katanga Engineering website and waited for responses. Surprise me I get this company’s phone call within 1 hour. I tell them my requirements and make appointment. Two days later a young man Majd Alkatan came to my house made a measurement and another two days I got finished professional drawings from Majd Alkatan.I used his drawings and quickly got approved GRCA permit.Thank you Majd Alkatan. You have a great , quick , cost-effective and professional service for us.

Majd and his team are very knowledgeable on building permit applications, they’re professional and know what needs to be submitted to get your permits approved. I tried doing it on my own but just wasted time and money, always best to hire the professionals!

Professional and fast service from Katanco Design services, we sent them hand sketches and a bit of a description and we got back detailed drawings for my basement upgrades and they also prepared drawings for building permit. Majd is a knowledgeable engineer, I highly recommend him!
