Tyler Nightingale and Eva Torres did an excellent job in helping me get a larger severance package from my company. I was released after 26 years with the company with a very poor financial package. I met with both Eva and Tyler and they took me through my options on how to resolve/improve. We chose to have Tyler sent a very detailed letter to my employer's legal service outlining similar payments made by other similar companies, and what we would like to receive. It seems Tyler Nightingale has many good reviews on here but that has not been the case with us. If i could give negative stars i would. He hasn't done things he said he would like write a letter to our bank. He lost track of our file when it came time to provide records for court. We tried for several weeks to get a hold of him with no reply, and then he phoned us up just before webex court questioning yelling on the phone so loud he could be heard clear at the other end of the house giving us trouble for not providing relevant records. The same records he lost track of and where we tried for weeks to contact him about those records with no success. He has been very hard to get a hold of and very vauge in explaining the process to us. When we were negotiating an agreement Tyler would not follow our instructions and made several errors. When we pointed out the errors, not only did he charge us for his mistakes, he also charged us to correct his mistakes. We tried to set up a meeting to discuss the mistakes and how he was charging us twice to fix his mistakes, and Tyler's response was to avoid us for SIX MONTHS before we were finally able to discuss the issues with him. I can hardly have a phone call with Tyler without him starting to yell at me. He is all about treating him and his staff with decency, which we try to do, but honestly can be hard when he treats us so bad to not bark back in defense. . When there are issues or questions we have and try to bring them up Tyler is quick to put blame onto us instead of working with us to come up with a plan of action. Now we requested information about a payout of our agreement and used that for our financing, only to find out his office gave us the wrong amount now potentially putting us in default of our agreement because we only requested financing on the amount his office provided us and not more. But Tyler seems to have a big ego and will not own up to or admit to any mistakes him or his office make. And when we try to work with him on the mistakes we are just met with resistance, or he blames us or ignores us. I would highly recommend to find another lawyer.
