If you uneatable pitas Pita Pit in the Park Place is the pita place for you. First time in and last time as I could not eat any of the wrap. Due to the fact they were understaffed they didn't have enough wraps so they had to rush my pita through some steamer thing so when I got home the paper was completely stuck to the wrap. Could not eat any of the wrap because the paper was absorbed into the pita.Wish I could share the video. Check out the picture!!!!Staff tried their best but that doesn't mean I should pay 11.79 plus tax for unsafe food! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

This is 3rd time we ordered rice bowl and salad bowl was delivered. When I called the restaurant they said they ran out of rice. Not sure why didn’t care about communicating when we place order. We want to support local restaurants but this is just not right. 2 star as the taste is good.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Pitas not toasted, no sauce on the pitas, grilled veggies not grilled. All the information for the order was on the receipt but nothing seems to have been followed. The only reason you get more than 1 star is because the food arrived fast

I would just like to say thank you to the young people working at this location tonight (April 30 2021).When I walked in there was some loser without a mask, recording them, threatening them with a lawyer and being obnoxious. They handled it VERY well, and politely asked him to leave and then served me with a smile and a great attitude.These young people shouldn't be getting treated like this and they did great.5 star review just for that, and our pitas were very tasty too :)Thank you

Staff was too rude. Rice is main ingredient and the employee said they dont sell white rice here. What is a point of a burrito place without rice! Waste of money. Not recommended

Giving a 1 star because I’m very disappointed. At the till I asked for all veggies on the grill, my fault I didn’t supervise every move they made I guess. Because I ended up with no veggies on the grill at all. Only to find out after I got home and started eating my disappointing pita. I tried to have hope in the beginning thinking maybe they were further down. But as I got closer and closer to the end of my pita I just got more disappointed with no grilled veggies in site.So if you get a pita here, I advise you supervise as they make your pita to insure you get your grilled veggies.

I ordered a pita and small smoothie via Uber eats. When I received my order the size of my smoothie was microscopic. I paid $8 (with added protein) and the total was less than a cup of product as shown in photo. This company is laughable as far as customer service goes. Uber eats refused to refund and said the issue would be passed along to restaurant. I notified head office and their response was to try to ‘sell me’ to join their rewards program and that they had no authority to refund me or make it right in some way. Head office also said they would ‘pass on this concern to the store’. It’s been over a week and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Don’t waste your money here. This company doesn’t respect its customers and apparently think it’s okay to over charge for a smoothie the size of a large shot glass.
