Amazing experience with swapping out tires. Scheduled the appointment the day of, and the whole appointment took less than 30 minutes. I even asked if I could take a picture of my winter tires, and they were glad to do so with some advice on how I should advertise the listing for selling my winter tires.

Friday afternoon, went out to the garage, saw I had a flat tire. Also saw the nail that caused the flat. So I call AMA, 20 minutes later I have a spare on and a flat tire in the back and on my way to get it repaired. Stopped at my local tire shop that's nearby and they took one look at my tire and determined all my tires needed replacement and where the nail was was basically bare tread and not fixable. The local tire shop quoted me a fair price on the tires but couldn't get them until the following Tuesday or Wednesday. So I called other tire shops in the area, all the big names and because I really wanted a good quality all weather tire, finding my size was difficult and required me to wait until the following week. Well the last place I called was the fountain tire just off 34th and they actually had my tires in stock. This place is huge, never knew it was there. It was just past 4 o'clock and the guy at the desk said he would make it work and sure enough I had new boots for the SUV installed within an hour. Even got a decent rebate from Goodyear (that they walked me through easily) and got a bunch of air miles to boot. Tires have been great and the service was top notch all the way, especially for a last minute Friday guy like me showing up. Thanks!

Got new tires on my vehicle in August in Fort McMurray. Then had a tire go on me late Wednesday night! Was able to get in first thing Thursday morning & was driving away with a new tire around 1pm.Super easy process! They were able to see exactly what tires were put on and the warranty coverage.Recommend this Fountain Tire over others!

I love the Fountain Tire at 3303 97 St in Edmonton. I never feel like they are gouging me or suggesting repairs that aren't needed. They explain stuff so I understand it. They keep everything on file so they know from service to service what to look at. I have spoken to other women who have had similar experiences with them.Thank you to the great crew at Fountain Tire.

My personal experience has been very good with David. He priced my Alloy wheels and installation very reasonably in relative comparison to other Tire Shops and stores in Edmonton. The services were also as per commitment. I will recommend David and his fountain tire store to everyone in my personal circle and contacts.

I came here after Canadian Tire told me the nail puncture in my tire was unrepairable" and wanted to charge me over $700 for two new tires. I wanted a second opinion so I dropped my car off here with no appointment and my tire was fixed the same day. Thanks!"

Very honest people and friendly service. Had a flat and was convinced I was going to have buy two new tires. Only tire place that said let's check if we can fix the tire with a patch before discussing new tires, come in tomorrow and we will have it checked for you. Dropped the car off in the morning after and they fixed the tire within 30 minutes immediately for 43 bucks.Didn't try to upsell any new tires like other tire places for a profit to a clueless customer like me. Good honest friendly people

A gentleman named John helped us out with our tires last season and they were great really helpful answered questions and we had tires that needed to be swapped out for winter tires he did them quickly and was very easy to get appointment. Great location and friendly staff.
