Single cashier was handling the line and pick up orders. Calling service desk etc. Inefficient handling of check out customers and pickups. Not too busy today but that won't work as business increases.

Very nice European age man went out of his way to find the 1.4 kg bag of Grub BgonMax. And he offered other options about Japanese Beetles. Refreshing to find this type of service at the Taughton/Garden location in Whitby.. ty Sir

The employees are amazing at this garden center. My dog got loose and I was trying to catch him. An young employee heard me and came running out and saved my dog. I am very thankful and this employee should be commended!

Switching over seasonal supplies to early. But that's all retailers so can't blame them i guess.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Wasn't too bad especially for a long weekend. The only thing was that I wished they had better signage/ prices posted for their garden products
