Edu-inter French School

I do not recommend taking classes from this school. It is a joke.I was taking online classes and they had several issues with internet. They blamed me and my connection but when it was proven two more times that it was indeed on their end, there was no apology.There was no curriculum or sequence of what was being taught. Lessons didn’t build on each other.Refused to give a refund even after they didn’t show up/internet issuesStill have not refunded my money. Still have not provided services. Poor customer service.

From my initial inquires, enrollment, to seven-week instruction, Edu-Inter French school did not disappoint. Noora went above and beyond in ensuring I got settled into not only the school but my outside life as well. My instructor, Anne-Marie was excellent; her lessons were well-planned, thematic, and always included engaging and interactive activities. I found the entire staff and instructor I had caring, sincerely invested in making my language experience at Edu-Inter French School as productive and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend.

Edu-inter creates an amazing community of students of all ages from all over the world, united in their focus to learn French. The staff are so friendly, the facilities comfortable, designed to promote connection, and the activities provided by the school are fun! I will always enroll with Edu-inter during my visits to Quebec City. L'ecole est tres magnifique!

Incredible program! I spent only a week here but I wish I could stay longer.The staff were very transparent and friendly from the start. They offered tons of reading material to prepare me for not only the program but also Quebec City. I was given a written test to determine my level prior to arrival.On my first day, the students were greeted at the school entrance and given orientation by the founder and director of of school. I was given an oral test to confirm and/or adjust my level. Then I was placed in the appropriate class.My class was amazing! I loved the teacher, Paola, who was warm, fun, engaging, and knowledgeable. She kept a high bar and ensured we all had the opportunity to speak, participate, and practice the language. The games were all very fun and reinforced very well the grammatical concepts. My only regret is that I did not book a longer session. I will be back one day!

I am so glad I discovered this immersion experience. Québec is a beautiful, historical, and safe place to learn French. The staff at Edu-inter are friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. As an adult learner I really appreciated the small class size and stress free learning experience. Améliorer ou apprendre le français. Vous serez surpris de ce que vous apprendrez sur vous-meme!!

What a wonderful experience to go back to school as an adult and improve my French! Anne Marie is a gifted teacher who used a wide variety of activities to make learning fun!! I was fortunate to stay with a host family that was cheerful and happy to have me stay with them!! I can’t wait to come back!!

I was glad I finally made the decision to do the French Immersion course. As an adult, going back to school was a bucket list wish coming true! I spent two weeks with Edu-Inter and wish I could have stayed longer. The teachers were amazing (picked up on the different accents, Parisienne, Quebecois) -I had so much fun! Staff was also great! Although is the super busy time of the year, they manage to be attentive to every detail. My classmates were of different ages, which make the course more interesting -university students, others 'prepping' for school, older adults... so much to learn! I hope I can go back some time in the near future.

I loved my three week stay in Québec City and studying at the College Merici with Edu-Inter super intensive adult program this summer! The level they placed me in was perfect for me and the language began to click" for me. The teacher was absolutely amazing and patient and I was impressed that he used the International Phonetic Alphabet to help with pronunciation. That is extremely helpful to me as a singer.I was also impressed with how many nationalities were present in my classroom and happy to make friends from all over the world.The faculty were very friendly and helpful

This language school took over 600 dollars from me as a deposit for a course in July 2019. When they cancelled the course, they refused to give me a refund and instead issued me with a credit note. I booked another course for July 2020 which was also cancelled. They still refused to give me back my money. I reluctantly agreed to do an online course and a week before, I was told again that the course would not be running. Again, no refund. UPDATE - eventually got the refund but it wasn’t without blood sweat and tears! Use your credit card as you get better protection.

I loved my time at Edu-inter, I spent 10 months with them in the intensive program and finished with a C1 in the tefaq exam. The teachers are all supportive and engaging and the rest of the staff are kind and helpful. I looked forward to going to school each day and how we learned French in the context of real life scenarios. I really enjoyed learning Quebec and French culture alongside the language. I had the opportunity to meet some great people in my classes from all over the world and we all helped each other out in and out of the classroom. It's hard work learning another language but I had such a great time with Edu-inter :)
