We recently had Russ deliver, install and take away our old dishwasher. We were very pleased with his professional workmanship and pleasant nature and highly recommend him to get the job done right.

Great COVID-19 protocols!I felt 100% safe with Arjay Mechanical coming to install our kitchen range hood.We have a child and an elderly relative living with us, whom I sent upstairs when they arrived. Much to my surprise, both were wearing masks properly and not once did they take it off. They also brought their own hand sanitizer with them, which I saw them use as well. It puts high risk households at ease, knowing they are protecting their customers.-----They were also very professional, wiped down our kitchen range hood after they were done, so it was gleaming;moved our stove back into place, and helped set the clock for our stove; made sure there were no leaks, helped us tape and add a filler to ensure air wasn't leaking from the top vent. It's the small things they did that add to their professionalism.

Very professional and polite team. Came to install our built-in fridge and took great care in making sure our kitchen and appliances are well protected during install. Russ, the owner, noticed our dish washer wasn't levelled and helped us with that as well. Great team and would definitely recommend them.

Increased price to install my gas stove to over $500, nearly doubled what I was quoted. They wanted $200 to hook up my fridge ice maker (already plumbed); another company charged $60. They do high quality work, but have outrageous non-transparent pricing. Unprofessional communication from the owner.

Their driver almost ran my car off the road with my 2 young kids in the car then gave me the finger. They have already received several previous complaints of wreckless driving incidents from the posted reviews.. Not a coincidence. I would take my business elsewhere as this type of behavior is indicative of the type of experience you will likelyreceive from them.

Russ and Mark are wonderful! They picked up our new Kitchen Aid range from Coast and took away the old Jenn Air unit. When they saw that the new range would not fit within our kitchen island, they contacted a grinder they worked with before and trust and came back the next day to finish the job. Throughout the installation, they put in the extra time and care to make sure the job was done right. I really appreciate their no nonsense" approach. Now we have a new range that works perfectly and looks like it could have come with the building because it fits so well. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Had a long standing problem with an appliance. Cant say enough about these guys. The professionalism was unreal.They visited the site prior to delivery to ensure there would be no damage and that they were prepared.Simply the best i have experienced.

Excellent service from Russ and his team. We had Arjay Mechanical install a dishwasher for us and when Justin removed the old dishwasher he realized there were some electrical issues that needed to be resolved first. Justin contacted an electrician for us to come get everything set up properly. The following day Mark came by to finish the dishwasher install. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. Great covid safety and took care to make sure floors weren't damaged and things were left as they were before. Would not hesitate to contact them again for any appliance installation or gas fitting work.

Russ from Arjay just installed my combination wall oven today and did a wonderful job. He went the extra mile removing a shelf from my new kitchen that was causing the oven to sit too high. It looks perfect! He's friendly and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him.
