The reception is great minus the fact they made my aunt (her appointment) and I waited an hour for the appointment. Dr. Papneja is blatantly disrespectful and needs to be trained in basic professionalism. She walked in to the exam room asked what medicine my aunt was taking and immediately walked out and went to the patient with a later appointment and then spent another hour there while we waited for her to return. Furthermore she did not listen to my aunts concerns about her medicine rather she just repeatedly demean her for not following her instructions despite the fact that her doctor had advised her against taking that medicine. She also will talk to her computer screen the entire time she is in the room with you. Basic humanity is not present here. She condescendingly repeatedly said as i told you last time" when ever she ever suggested something for her care."

Dr. Tripti Papneja, wouldn't recommend if English is your second language. I agree with the other comments, blatantly rude is borderline. Disrespectful and not responsive to patient needs. It's not just about medicial jargon but it's about the patient and providing care, satisfaction. Brought my mother who doesn't understand English very well sine she wasnt born here. However, after countless remarks of telling me someone should teach me mannerism and how I shouldn't interrupt since I wasn't her patient." My mother quietly listened and then stated that she felt belittled. She was already feeling anxiety not knowing what was wrong with her and instead left with further anxiety after being told what could happen to her in the future. This was an emergency referral

Dr. Bajaj was the specialist that was able to correctly diagnose my brother's autoimmune disorder and was able to recommend the appropriate treatment plan. My mother also consults with her now on the same condition and she has managed my family members manage their illness effectively. My mother was immobile due to the illness and now is leading a normal life with the correct medical guidance from Dr. Bajaj.Doctors are humans just like us and they may not always be the most attentive, patient or encouraging. I feel that we expect them to be therapists at times.But since she does her job well, I will give her a high rating as a medical professional. It will also be great if the in-person appointments come back and patients are able to consult face to face.

I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. T. Papneja from last 3 weeks. I do have the recommendation from my family doctor. Front desk staff is not friendly to answer any questions. Highly disappointed.

Dr. Arpita Gantayet and her secretary, they both are angels. I am very much satisfied with all the help and treatment i am getting. They are very accomodating and helpful with booking appointments and rest of documentation if needed. Dr. ARPITA Gantayet is very attentive and dedicated to find the root cause and the best treatment options. I would recommend Dr ARPITA Gantayet to any one who is looking for holistic care. She exam her patients patiently not rushing to finish up the appointment she actually listens to her them and validate their concerns.

Extremely frustrating to contact by phone. A call back takes several days if your lucky. Paid Parking,although not run by the businesses, it is gauging patients.

I had Tripti Papneja she was so dismissive and seemed like she didn’t wNt to be there at times. I ended up switching to another rheumatologist after a year or so because it didn’t seem like she cared.

Dr Bajaj is absolutely the best I had seen others before and u was not very satisfied at all with them I even came to her with a negative feeling expecting the same old however she quickly changed my attitude. She is very attentive and dedicated to find the root cause the best course of treatment and substantial follow up. I would give a five star if it were easier to get someone on the phone. However I would recommend dr Bajaj 100 percent

Terrible doctor Dr Bajaj waited over 6 months to see her she made me wait an hour after my appointment and spent 5 mins with me if that. She didn’t care about my symptoms didn’t even run tests or care to find out what is wrong. She is getting paid and I swear she isn’t even a specialist. She had no bedside manner didn’t even look over my file ever thing she said was wrong it was like she had looked over someone else’s file or just not bothered at all. I had to keep correcting her she just didn’t care talked down to me told me she can’t do anything and why do I look to doctors for help?? I’m sorry I thought you are their to help people who are sick. Was such a waste of time and just very upsetting don’t go their long wait to see her which I don’t understand how she must get a lot of one time only patients because anyone who is treated by her he way I was would never go back. She had no care about her patients. Don’t go to her not worth the wait such a waste of time and was upsetting because needed her to test me and she was determined not to run any tests at all. Not a nice person either

Had a great experience with Dr Tripti Papneja, she eased us a lot with mental worries and doubts we had regarding my wifes test results. She in my opinion is a true doctor at heart.. 5 stars for her.God Bless her
