Was supposed to do an approach and small pad for us and neighbour. Paid deposit (in the spring) and was told we were going to be one of the first jobs. It's now been weeks of no communication from anyone. Don't bother with this company.

I can't comment on the quality of their work as I've never actually seen it; but if you're looking for someone to respect your time and respond when they say, then skip this company. I was given a few potential times to do the job and ended up making a bunch of calls to them which were not returned. After several weeks I contracted a different company who was more professional.

Amazing Services! I have used IntelCrete Concrete Works Ltd for many years. They are always professional and reliable, which is why I continue to use them. They do a great job on my driveway and I am happy with the results.

We have not had much luck with contractors. We always had to be on to them like children. This is the first company that has treated us with respect, good communication, true understanding of their work, and did what they said they were going to do. They dealt with the government inspectors for us, and just to mention, they approved their work. We decided to go with this company when they came for a quote and you could see by their hands they were prepared for the heavy work that was needed. I am so thankful we have the opportunity to write this review and give the hard working people of our society some positive feedback. There is good honest people out there, and this company is one of them. Thank-You Dimitry your team.

Sadly I am very disappointed with Intelcrete. Jon will come out and do a free estimate at which time he proves to be charming & educated while promising you satisfaction and promises to work with the client to meet and guarantee specifications to the clients needs. He promises the contractors will work with you to achieve these goals.This is not the case. Once you have been swayed into signing the contract the communication gaps and lack of focusing on the scope of the project begins.It took well over a week to prep then complete a sidewalk. They will leave a mess and lack any real skill to clean up. Photos attached show an unimpressive sidewalk with many areas that are not straight but crooked. The sidewalk was poured approx. 6 inches higher than my grass posing a huge problem and causing an abundance of additional work and costs to build up and re grade my front lawn. Furthermore the workers broke my window Pane and I heard them comment about it outside amongst each other. Unfortunately NO ONE had the courtesy to inform me of this damage. I physically discovered it after the job was complete. Further to this I had to pick up many screws left in the grass, I have had to scrape off splattering of concrete all over my siding of the house. I have had to chip away at blobs of concrete on the city side walk. I had also had to go out to the street to clean up debris and soil and concrete that was left behind to which several neighbours complained of.In closing I can say I would not recommend Intelcrete. Their promises are false, the work is far from perfect and rather substandard, and when there are complaints or issues to be dealt with or addressed I was completely GHOSTED. Leaving both text message and email to the owner and estimator especially concerning owning up to breaking my window I received ZERO communication in response. In fact completely ignored and dismissed. This lack of responsibility was very disappointing to me. I reached out to Intelcrete over a week ago and haven’t heard anything back in response.

From start to finish, communication was easy with Dmitri. Pleasant demeanor, willing to listen and provide recommendations for better long term performance and asthetic value.The demolition of the existing concrete was fast and careful around our home. Very tight space to work in with a Bobcat but well handled.All materials used for sub base and concrete slab were as described during estimate and finish quality of concrete is excellent. Their layouts were well executed here as my property provided them with some challenging sloping required for proper drainage. Again, Dmitri explained well what needed to happen and the gents forming the driveway nailed it! Their concrete was supplied by Winnipeg's most well established concrete supply company.Some chain link fencing was in the way for their concrete placement and surface finishing. The crew removed what they needed to and replaced it later in the day as it was originally. Their final cleanup thorough as well.In summary, I 100% recommend IntelCrete for their quality, communication and bang for the buck. If you're looking for a trustworthy contractor that will provide the service and material you are paying for, look no further!

My neighbor is having the driveway done and I was so impressed with how fast and that they clean up the site each day. I was adding on to my patio and asked if they could compact the base as I was literally just going to rent a compactor the next day. They came in and had it all done with in 1/2 an hour for no charge. The guys , I didn't get their names, were friendly and gave me tips on how to finish the patio. They did this at no cost and I am very grateful. AWESOME JOB INTELCRETE CONCRETE!!!!!!

They showed up on the date and time promised. Did a good job on my driveway and patio. Cleaned everything up. Very friendly crew and owner. I plan to hire them when I have some more concrete work I will need done when I have my fence replaced. You are the best 5 star

I have to say we started out highly impressed with this company and wanted to work with them. We committed to have a garage floor coating done in May. To date, it has been nothing but empty promises and unreturned email and phone calls.We finally have contracted another company and upon advising Intelcrete, they could have truly cared less.I am very disappointed for such a well reviewed and awarded company.
