Matthew and his team did a great job on our roof, a roof that most roofers we called turned down because of the very steep pitch. They took care with details like adding or replacing necessary protection around our chimney, making sure the roof deck was in good shape to last along with the shingles, and more that he sent in photo form to show all that they had done. I'm not the best on the technical side of things but what stood out to me was the excellent customer service. Great communication that included pricing, dates times and double checking the details, roof color etc. and helping me to understand their process. There were no questions left unanswered and answered the questions I did not know to ask. They honored the quoted price, cleaned up the yard well and had a lovely can-do positive attitude. Friendliness, a smile and a job well done is really what most people need in a day and this team can definitely deliver.Kimberley Standeven
