If zero stars were possible I would give it. I left sjolbergs service March 2021, still continued to get charged til December 2021 even though I called several times to confirm and tell them I am no longer using their services and I am still getting charged. I get the same answer as of “okay you’re off our system thank you for letting us know” but still continued to get charged. Got to the point that I had to close my bank account to stop being charged. Great job sjolbergs. I expect my money back from all the months I’ve gotten charged. Service is terrible.

Wifi can hardly hold 3 people on their best plan they offer, and then not to mention they are hardly ever available to come set up/fix issues with it. Save your money for something thats worth paying for.

My fam has been Sjoberg’s customers for over 25 years. Sjoberg's is a great family-owned business, and they truly care about their customers. Any problems I’ve had, I just call the office and they are able to trouble-shoot my problems asap. Highly recommend!

First time customerCalled and was immediately connected to a person. They were able to get me a price breakdown, gather my information setup an install time the next day that fir my schedule all with in 10min.Service guy was right on time and was very polite. Got everything hooked up and even noticed I had an existing router that would work so he took the other one back and made sure that I received credit back since I initially ordered a new one from them.He tested my internet before he left and all was good but 15 min after he left I tried to connect my laptop and the internet dropped out... Before I could even get up from my desk I heard a knock on my door and it was the same service guy. He said he was monitoring my connection after he left and noticed it was going in and out so he came back! He was able to fix the issue and the speed and reliability has been great so far.Props to the service guy as it was like he identified the issue and fixed it before I even saw it was an issue.Had century link prior to this and it was 10x slower for the same cost would recommend Sjoberg's

Terrible reception. Keeps freezing and saying no reception but keep rising the cost every year but have had this issue for over a year now!

I honestly thought they were good at first than they went down hill. Internet was cutting out constantly, than they decided to cut ties with the apartment I live in so anyone who had sjobergs Internet got disconnected with out any notice and to top it off once they disconnected me they still charged me, than told me that I had to call and disconnect, why? When they disconnect me. Thankfully Garden Valley was able to get me internet the next day and I've had no problems with internet cutting out.

7 hours of internet outage and their 3rd party phone people have no eta or reason. Wish I could say this was the first inconvenience. I've called them way too many times. The techs are great! Neighbors on fiber have no problems.
