Classic care was able to fit us in a week early to get our clean done meaning we didn't have to lose revenue from a room being shut down for 2 weeks, only 1. They were courteous & Professional - did the job quickly & efficiently & we could immediately tell the difference between the carpet that had been cleaned & what had not yet. Unfortunately the dog pee we were hoping to have removed from the carpet was soaked too deep into the carpets under pad to leave entirely but they reduced the smell and problem significantly! We will call again, its a pleasure to work with Classic Care!

They are very nice and prompt both when going to store and when they come into your home. No mess and wears covers on shoes.I was disappointed to see they did not remove the slip covers from the arm of the chesterfield to clean under as there was some stains under. That could be my fault for not removing or pointing it out. I will use again but have learnt to ask about everything And double check before they go. Yes this is the company. Sorry meant to do 4 starsThey returned and cleaned the arms perfectly. They are prompt and reliable and professional. Thank you

I brought multiple rugs in, from the help bringing my rugs into the shop, to looking over each rug and being honest with what to expect, with amazing results in the end. I was grateful. My rugs all look amazing. I can’t say enough to how great of an experience I had with the service received from this company.

Josh did a great job! He arrived on time, and this is the best our dated old carpets have ever looked. We've had them cleaned by other companies before, but they've never come this clean. We have four kids and a dog so we are hard on carpets! Our area rug also came back looking great - much appreciated!
