Sewer-Man Drain Service & Excavations Burlington

It all started after several days of rain, there was a sewage smell in the basement, then it started backing up in the basement drain. Couldn't use the sinks or toilets. Called the city of Burlington, they couldn't do anything, they said to call a plumber. Called several plumbers, nobody would come, the city sewer line in the neighborhood was backed up, so every plumber in town was busy fixing problems in the same area. Called Sewer-Man Plumbing & Excavations, spoke with Lisa, she was fantastic!!! she pulled one their technicians off another job that wasn't as urgent, just so they could fix our backed up sewer line. The tech's name was Matt, very smart hard working guy, did a temporary fix to open up the sewer line and get it draining again. Then he went back to the other job to finish what he started. He was so amazing!!! Then a larger crew of Sewer-Man technicians came back the next day to install a back flow water valve to prevent the city sewage from backing up in the basement again after another rainfall. The cost was reasonable, the level of customer service was outstanding!!! Very professional company, sharp looking uniforms, looked like they all new heavy duty equipment, and lifetime guarantee on the work they do. So rare to find people like this. Just totally awesome!!
