Was with my friend who is a hairdresser and she was going to do my hair. I asked the shop assistant for foils for my mid back length hair and they picked them out for me. When we got home, they sold me 8 inch foils for my hair that is at least 3 times the length. Back to regular tinfoil.

In my past experiences this chain has had some pretty big challenges with customer service, not very well trained staff, and the stores can tend to be quite messy. This location is nicely kept, and the very brief interaction I had with staff was helpful and polite. It’s located in a nice outdoor mall with plenty of parking and other good options around the area for shopping. I think I would definitely come back here again if I need more beauty supplies.

The person working there was incredibly condescending, when i asked if i need a brown base she completely shut me down and i felt stupid. Not to mention, the colour she recommended for me did nothing when i intended on a darker red. I think that they gave me the wrong colour versus what i wanted originally.

Excellent Customer Service by Anne yesterday. She was very professional, helpful and Friendly.Its great to be back to this location again after our terrible experiences with the previous (Male) Manager a while ago. Im glad He is finally gone!The store is well organized and welcoming. I will definitely be going back!

I came into this store looking for something to offset a very chunky, very yellow professional highlight job, not knowing anything about hair colour. The staff member that helped me was super knowledgeable and patient and bonus points…the products she recommended worked! Will definitely return if I have another beauty emergency!

very helpful staff. Answered 99% of my questions and all those answers were super helpful. Staffs work at Sally's has lot of knowledge toward their product and they can even know all the small details which is amazing. Highly recommend

Leaving a two star because policy and felt like my sale was rushed.I opened up my shaving kit and #5 was already broken. All sales on these kits are final and not eligible for refund so I didn't bother getting a receipt. Just another $35 out of my pocket for a brand new out of box item which isn't necessarily cheap in the first place.They earn commission on tool sales only in which I can't bring back now. Would give a better review if you can help resolve the issue.
