I go to this Tim Horton's every day because it is near work..The average wait time for a single coffee is about 10mins.This is the worst Tim Horton's in Burlington.Always out of multiple menu items every hour.The drive through is extremely slow.The staff is not friendly.The place is a mess.Do not go to this Tim Horton's if you can avoid it.

I used the drive through this morning and as I went to pay and collect my order, the girl at the window had these disgustingly LONG nails that extended at least an inch past her fingertips and NO GLOVES!!!!!!!!!HOW IS THIS ALLOWED WHEN YOU HANDLE FOOD?!?!? Absolutely vile.Please note that I have also sent an email with my complaint to Halton Region regarding food safety and will be sending an email to your corporate head office as well.P.s You couldn't even get a sliced bagel correct AND was missing a knife to spread it. Not the first time at this location either.

I frequent this particular location as it's on my way home from work. One thing you should keep in mind is it's a small location inside the service station. This location only has a limited amount of space, so it's expected they don't have everything a larger store would have. But if you want coffee, its fine.The staff I encountered were quick as expected. I usually just order online via the app as I leave work, and never had a long wait.Drive through has limited space so keep that it mind when visiting during busy times.

Every time my bad morning starts from this tim hortons . Today I ordered everything bagel double toasted with herbal garlic cream cheese . Cream cheese costs me extra dollar.

It’s not the first time I experience this. Every time I buy food from here it is not up to my expectations. We ordered everything begal and it taste like a hell. The herbal garlic tastes like a plain yogurt. Very disappointing and we pay for the double toasted with butter and it’s not even a butter toasted.

The staff is racist and doesn't know how to treat the customers. It was an awful experience. I went with my family and the staff didn't even know about their menu and other things. Really disappointed.

Very bad coffee! I asked for a small dark roast because I like my coffee strong. The coffee is for sure watered down. It is tasteless, I asked to add more coffee because I thought the cream did this but even with more coffee the taste remained the same, tasteless! They gave me my money back but they were very rude!
