I live here here so i think its a beautiful place..nice trailers pretty nice people

Friend moved in here. Management company is extremely inconvenient. He’s bought this place six months ago, and they’re too lazy to give him a permanent parking pass because they couldn’t get it back from the previous owners and are claiming it’s too expensive to laminate a new one. Further their business hours are when everybody else works 8-5 and they aren’t open on weekends and they expect you to cater to them instead of working with the people who live there. The only person they will talk to you is the person on title. They won’t release any information or parking passes to people who are not on title. And if the person who is working between the hours of 8-5 which is most everyone and can’t take time off to come into the office during weekdays, you won’t get anything done. Not very good or nice management company

Well they keep changing the contract every time they hire a new Manager they keep harrasing me and my Family about our van park in our lot we go to office to explain they promise to fix our driveway but never happen very very stressful for us to live here incompetent managers one after an other

A sister lives there it's a quiet trailer park on the other side they have the older people than they have the families on the right side.

Was a great place to live until they sold the park to developers without any notice they were planning to do so. Now we are stuck paying pad rent for 2 years for the privelage of having our home demolished. I would give them a zero rating if there was that option.

When Parkbridge took over. They told the community Parkbridge buys properties and not in the business of flipping. I guess the price was right. And because of this 192 units will be demolished, displacing many families. This was an affordable place for seniors on a small pension and young families starting out. So siappointed.

Nice family friendly MHP in a bustling are of Surrey-close to shops and schools yet it still feels safe and is proving to be the kind of little community where people watch over each in a kind and respectful manner, lots of smiles and waves between the residents. The grounds are well maintained, with amenities such as a clubhouse with books, scheduled community events, a basketball court and a playground. Close to transit, grocery and other shops,b schools, restaurants and the hospital.We enjoy the illusion of seclusion and peaceful ambiance, as well as the responsible pet owners and friendly community members who welcomed us warmly.

Guess wont be purchasing there after reading the reviews. dont need the stress in case they sell again

Went for the community garage sale. Met some very nice people who like to talk as much as us.

Too bad they sold the park, used to be a great place to live. Parkbridge really destroyed a lot of lives.
