I had purchased a cooling unit for my wine cellar. I had described the setting of the unit prior to purchasing the product. After a bit more than a year, the unit started leaking. I had to pay someone to repair the material affected and it ruined wine bottles. I reached out to Wineracking and they gave me excuse after excuse and refused to help with the issue. I would definitely NOT recommend using them for your project.

This family run business really knows their stuff. With several styles of wine racking to choose from you will always find a look that will work for your cellar. They also sell a reliable cooling unit for temperature controlled wine storage. They are very helpful and reasonably priced.

I required a replacement of the Cooler in my Vintage Keeper 500/KoolR and Jennifer at Wineracking Depot promptly(within minutes of my inquiry) determined the replacement unit I needed and provided an ordering link to me. Much simpler and more cost effective than what a refrigeration technician had proposed. Recommend Wineracking for any service you might require based on my experience.

Misleading website. It's not our problem" attitude. They do not mention that the wine rack columns come in pieces and will require 1/2 to 1 hour of labour each and 60 to 90 brad nails each to construct. I had to buy a brad nailer to construct the racks. A full day of effort and 1000 brads later

They did not have the replacement parts however they located one for me and sent me in the right direction. Impecable customer service. I would give more stars if I could!

My experience was very similar to the one previously posted. I had a problem with my KoolR which I purchased and had professionally installed over 1 1/2 year ago. Jennifer replaced my unit after a simple inspection. I would recommend this company and plan on using them again for future projects.
