We made the switch a few months ago and couldn't be happier! Having access to unlimited internet in rural areas is SO important! Great service, variety of packages to choose from and faster speeds than any other services we've had in the area! Highly recommend.

I needed high speed Internet service at a very rural cottage area and have called 10+ companies. Whitewater was the only one that offered unliminted bandwidth at high speeds for a reasonable price. Joey, the installer, was very friendly and completed the installation and set up within the hour. He also arrived at the agreed upon time and did not leave until I was able to connect to my work remotely. Adam is the owner and he replies to questions and requests really quickly - great customer service. There was once a long Internet outage a couple months ago, and Adam kept me updated. I understand that since that time, Whitewater had upgraded their system, and I have not had any interruptions since. I love supporting a local business who is responsive and offers high quality service and truly takes care of you.

Adam's been great! Very good communication, very dependable. Explained everything thoroughly. My new connection with Whitewater Internet is giving me waaaay faster download and upload speeds than my previous DSL connection. Speeds remain consistent too. Great service as well. Adam, the owner, made our switch to Whitewater a great experience. He really knows his stuff and is always ready to deal with any questions you have. No more nameless big companies with no answers and non-caring attitudes. We now have unlimited internet at a reasonable price now and couldn't be happier. We have had no issues with our service. It has been excellent, and if we did have problem I know it would be resolved quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend you make the switch.
