About a year ago, I bought another Subaru car from this place and the service I received was outstanding! The employees that work there are very honest. Before giving me the car they did an additional inspection and I was so pleased on how they went out of their way to make sure the car was running perfectly. I am aware of the consequences of buying a second hand car since it is not a new car, but the fact that they took the extra time to double check that the car was running smoothly, that was impressive and I never received this type of customer experience from any other dealership! So far the car needed the usual normal maintenance and it runs like it is brand new. Thank you for the honest service and outstanding experience!! I look forward to purchasing another car from you again.

My mom just purchased a really nice Mazda 3 2010 for a great price. She also took a 2 years warranty because it's a used car. We came in because we saw the ad on Kijiji. The description matched what we saw when we got there. We felt absolutely no pressure from the salesman. They were helpful and friendly and made the sales process easy and smooth. We are pleased to share our experience with Automobile Jacques Cartier and we have no problem recommending them to family and friends.

This was my first car buying experience and to say Luc was friendly and helpful is an understatement. There were a few concerns with the car and he listened and fixed everything I asked about. When I took the car home and got an oil change I was told there was a crack starting in the CV boot. I called Luc and asked if his mechanic could have a look and it was fixed the next day, no extra charge. It is never a 100% guarantee when buying a used car from anywhere but when they say they will do everything they can they mean it. Very happy, thanks again!

Easy 5 star review. As with all used cars you must do your own diligence on the mechanical integrity before you buy it, the stream of cars they have coming in doesn’t seem any better than average. But the service is great. They sold me a decent car for a fair price. Probably what I would have paid for your average private sale where you drive away and all the risk is yours. But they prepared my car for me before delivery. they did body work on rust and the bumper and it looks great, they fixed all the important things I pointed out, they even gave the front suspension socket some rust proofing inside the engine bay. The tires and brakes are in good shape for a while.When I had an engine light come on for an ignition coil after a few days I called them and they got me in that day to fix it. It wasn’t technically covered under their warranty but they did it anyway. Then I showed the mechanic another symptom and he cleaned the throttle body, saved me a couple hundred probably.You are usually left to your own devices when purchasing a used vehicle, and bills for little fixes you didn’t know about going in can add up to a lot more than the purchase price... that happened to me with my last car from a private sale, lesson learned. With these guys all I had to pay so far was what they charged me for the car. Good experience. Takes some of the stress out of buying a used car.

Would not recommend...They sold my 17 year old son a LEMON...We were informed that it was mechanically sound and passed the Quebec safety when we purchased it....But unfortunately it was not the case....The car has been brought to our garage many times in the last 2 yrs....Lots of money spent trying to fix it and is still having issues....We were told from our mechanic that at this point it is a process of elimination and could be very costly..Definitely not a positive learning experience for a first time car owner...If we could have given 0 stars we would have...

I needed a car but having just paid off a consolidated loan, I didn’t have the best credit. The staff here were able to help me get financing. Also they showed us various vehicles that fit our family’s needs and price point. They was enthusiastic and transparent about the whole process, which I appreciated. It’s been the most positive and hassle free car buying experience I have ever had!

Great experience buying my van from here! Very appreciative with Luc and Michael's transparency and they didn't make me feel rushed or stressed with the buying experience. Michael knows what he's talking about and was very honest and helpful all the way through and made sure that all my requests were looked after (fixed locks, fog light, told me what had been recently replaced on the vehicle). I had the pleasure to purchase a vehicle from Auto Jacques Cartier and the experience was absolutely wonderful. They were very accommodating, answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I found them to be very honest and reliable. They did the safety certificate for me in Ontario since I was taking the car to Ontario. All in all I would highly recommend them and I am happy to be a repeat customer for them when the time comes for me to need another vehicle.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Michel. I purchased a Nissan last Friday and said to Michel I wasn't in a rush to have it. My old car gave up on me this morning and called Michel that I was stuck and needed my car (it was being inspected at the mechanic). He called me back and gave me a time to pick it up. The car is great I'm excited. Will definitely go back.
