Rip off!!!! Charged $20 for PR card photo for stamped back side. That's a basic requirement for PR/citizenship photos. Yet they do not provide digital copies with a stamped back side. You pay $20 for printed and stamped photos that you have to then scan and submit. Most places charge $10-15. Do not recommend this location!
