We were on a search to find our first home for quite some time and out of all times during a time where home prices were skyrocketing. We dealt with a few real estate agents. One that didn't seem to be bothered with us because her other clients had more money which meant more to be made elsewhere; one that thought he had a crystal ball and pushed us away from some homes we were interested in this is out of your price range" but the house would sell for what we could have afforded. First off, the best experience I've had. I contacted the realtor on a weekend by email. Not even 30minutes later I had a response and a booked appointment a few days later. I was lucky to deal with Rob DILL. He was very patient and thorough. Great manouerisms and easy to deal with. Sold my house 5 days from listing.Then Rob helped me in search of a new home.He answered my texts and emails right away and really made things happen. The Rushforth Real Estate Team stood out as the best Kanata has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.I spoke with Paul and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. I was concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Paul made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.When I saw the listing I was blown away.
