Great selection of home decor, good quality and reasonably priced. Staff is ok, too. They don’t have gift wrapping options unfortunately. This service should be introduced as well.

Closing forever

Don’t shop here. Worst choice.I spent almost $1000 to buy my vanity table. At first staff advise that they have limited supplies in their warehouse and unsure if we can get them, which is fine. She advised that she will let me know by Monday, which was couple days later. She called and advised that we got the table, and it will be arriving in two weeks. We called them few weeks later to find out the ETA and the representative told that we didn’t get the table and it was placed on back order and it will be arriving on September. (We bought this end of April). No one called and no voicemail but we waited without any updates of purchase. I went by store end of August only to find out ETA has been delayed to early October. Again no phone calls. Went by the store again end of September. Older lady staff complained that this vanity table was too hard to manage, and she believes that the item is discontinued. She said she will contact the headquarters. I was shocked. Seriously did I waited 5 months only to hear this? Again no update from the lady I called back and apparently HQ replied stated that they don’t have ETA. I ask the girl on the phone if the table is discontinued she said she doesn’t know and she will ask her manager to call back. ONCE AGAIN no calls. I went back to the store and get the money back. This took 6 months with no apologies.

You can get some nice unique decor items here and the sales staff is ok. My complaint is that their computer and software is so outdated they can't do their job properly. They did not have the item I wanted so we filled out the paperwork to order it in. Not until the next day they realized they could not order my items nor could they refund me unless I returned to the shop physically with my credit card. Luckily the Bowring in Delta had what I needed. They can't do store transfers so they delivered the items to the Coquitlam location so I did not have to travel to both. I am giving bowring 3 stars instead of one because of those awesome employees.
