Great Dealership. I got a check engine light south of town and called them up. With a full schedule they were able to fit me in and had the parts in stock. They also let me spend the night in their yard. Keep up the great work guys

I had went there to get something simple done and my truck was in there for 3 days and I also didn’t appreciate the attitude and ignorance of the service manager I was dealing with I understand they get busy but should still be kind to the customer. Hopefully next time I go there I have a better experience.

A good friend of mine from scotlynn went into your shop to add an oil which should have taken minutes and not days , but the worse thing you could have done is, you went into his settings and saw his truck did not have a limiter and you made baseless complaint to scotlynn regarding that issue and have his 2023 Peterbuilt 389 turned down.. I will make sure I will post his story into scotlynn group on facebook, you will never see a single lease and owner operator in your shop. What you did it’s disgraceful and unprofessional. Why am I not surprise?? It’s Sudbury… oh, don’t worry , his truck will be turned up again like it was before but you will never see it again, ever… the only you can have accomplished, is to show what kind people work there….
