Almost four weeks past shipping date and no useful communication to speak of - this has been a disgrace for this company and will be my last order with them. Just hoping to receive my jersey at some point.Update 21 Feb: five weeks past the estimate shipping date, and still lacking any credible timeline, I ultimately canceled my order. Buyer beware.

I ordered a Reverse retro Penguins Crosby jersey. The timeline was off. I ended up getting it a few months after my initial order. I will say the stitching was great and I am very happy with the jersey. I would only request the jersey be sent in a bag inside the shipping box. This was a highly sought after jersey that I got for a very good deal.

I ordered a custom jersey for my son a month ago. When the expected shipping date passed last week I sent an email asking for an update. No response. Sent a follow up last night and got an email saying they were refunding my purchase because they could not fulfill due to “supply problems.” Lousy customer service! It took them a month to know they would have a supply problem? I say skip these fraudsters.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY’LL STEAL YOUR MONEY & GIVE YOU MULTIPLE EXCUSES. Terrible experience overall. I ordered a RR Colorado jersey for $259. It’s been over 2 months & I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation. The company can’t even pin point the exact location of my order. I canceled & requested a refund. I highly doubt I’ll get my money back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible company. I ordered my Rangers rr as soon as they had them in stock. Here it is, almost March and I'm still waiting for it to even be done. The first time I reached out I was told my jersey is good to go. Then, a week later, and ever since then, every time I reach out it's hopefully by the end of the week". They offer no solutions and you're expected to just wait and let them sit on your money. There is no order update

Buyer Beware! Not Trustworthy!Inventory doesn't exist at their company apparently. In Stock" does not mean they have the jersey. I've been burned in the past where they reply a month later "hey we don't have this

Ordered 3 reverse retro jerseys, hand stitched. All 3 came out great. Original delivery date was January 2023 but this was delayed about 1 month.Cool hockey did send an email apologizing and I did get the jerseys soon after.Only minor complaint is that they should place the jerseys in a bag prior to shipping them in the fedex box

The quality of the jersey is great. The problem is the atrocious customer service and fulfillment.I ordered something in January that listed a March ship date. Fine although insane to take that long to ship something. Problem is even after that ridiculously long time had passed my order still hadn't shipped and I had no updates. I emailed, called, used their website chat, and dm'd with no reply. Finally someone replied on Twitter and told me the order would be shipped the next day.Would never order from here again given the long wait and the fact they completely ignore you when trying to get an update on an order they took your money for and is behind their listed ship date.
