Lastman's Bad Boy

If there was an option for 0 Stars that's what they would get. These guys are a bunch of con artists do yourself a favour and avoid doing business with these people at all costs. We bought a washing machine for $1,600 and when it arrived it was damaged and the door would not remain closed and despite the delivery drivers attempts to pressure me to sign the release form , we refused and they had to take the machine back. After getting the runaround for almost a week they brought another machine which was in worse shape and looked like it was used and was all dented and rusted on the bottom. Again we refused to accept the delivery and they took the machine back. Again after getting the runaround for a few days they finally brought another machine which looked fine but when we hooked it up water came pouring out of the bottom of the machine. After repeated attempts to get them to take the machine back and issue a refund they said it was not their problem anymore and we had to deal with the manufacturer and there were no refunds. So now after being without a washing machine for over 2 weeks we have to wait for someone to come from the manufacturer to repair a brand new machine that has never been used. Our preference would be to get a full refund and for them to take their defective merchandise back but apparently this is not an option with this scam of a company. Do yourself a favour and take your hard earned money elsewhere to someone who actually values your business and has a decent service level and after purchase support. This company could care less about you and any problems you have with their defective merchandise .Avoid doing business with this company at all costs!

Placid was the best representative. Helpful, knowledgeable and give A++ service. He worked with Paul and the price was so good I went way over budget. But didn’t regret it, thanks so much to you both.Well this is an update. The delivery was not as smooth as i hoped. Paul tried to iron it out (for that I'm thankful) but delivery is their weak point. I would have changed to a 2 star if it wasn't for Paul's efforts.

please don't trust this store. I have 4 time experience .03.03.203. I buy washer & dryer, stove. there are told me 4 to 6 weeks . after 6 weeks i visit 5 times they told me next week , but they delivery end of may. & my dryer not working . they told call company . I call company , technician arrange .technician wand change parts . two week order parts. when I call there are no respect .stove finally cancel. totally they don't care . don't waste your time.

ordered a dining table in January 2023. The table came damaged. I called and email the store. Few days later a lady called and said she is going to send a new table. Is been 2 months never heard from her again. I called the store 4-5 time. They have been sending email to a lady name Nadien and her manger Catherine they both haven’t replied to any of the store email. I asked if the store can do something. Apparently they can’t do anything. Terrible service never going back there again.

Preston was a wonderful help when it came to comparing products and helping us secure a good deal for our purchase. He was friendly and patient with us and did whatever he could to make our experience satisfactory. Kudos to him for helping us purchase a washer and dryer. Thanks !

I like this shop, but when I had ordered some furniture at the end of last year, I did not like the customer service I got. First the product was delayed by a week, and when the assembly appointment was finally happening, the one that was assembling kept on picking his nose every now and then, and I was so offended as that was my new furniture, I did not say anything. No mask was worn for Covid. And he kept on asking several questions which were not his business. I wanted a quiet assembly experience. After this I called another handyman to finish the remaining task. The shop sales team were great. When one comes to the client’s home to do the assembly, we would like you just as much respect our home and how we choose to set it. Discussions should only be related to the task. We are all busy people. Thanks and feels better to get this out of my heart. This shop is one of my top favourites for furniture. Please do create more shop locations.

Tons of furniture selections. Huge store. Service is good. Price is very competitive. This locations is right by the corner of Kennedy and Lawrence. I'm happy of my matress purchase.

Guys don't trust the good reviews, all the good reviews are fake. You'll go to bad boy, the sales people will market the product in such a way that you'll feel special but don't fall for it. We bought an expensive sofa a more than a month back, we were told the maximum time it will take will be 3 weeks. We requested it be delivered by 3 weeks max as our parents were coming and we were promised that it will. They took half the amount and the bill says final sale price which they will say they cant refund. The manager never comes on the call to talk to you. They will ghost you , we called more than 50 times. Its so sad! we are still trying.

Bad boy has become our family's beloved furniture store ever since we first bought from them on a Christmas night, during boxing week store hours in 2014. The recliner couch set which we bought from them has lasted and still serves us for over 5 years in impeccable condition. Tina, the store manager has been our favourite consultant for many years and each time we make a purchase we always ask for her. She is an exceptionally magnimous woman, with a heart of gold..........she always helps us to choose the best furniture set for a reasonable price and she always does so with a kind and listening ear. She is friendly, approachable and we are very delighted to have consulted her for all our purchases as she makes shopping at this Kennedy store a memorable experience. If you ever wonder if the store at this Kennedy region is small, it is not, it is quite large and just enough to house every kind of home furniture and kitchen appliance there is.Another store consultant who is equally friendly, approachable and makes shopping at the store enjoyable is Zahid. You must ask for him, if you want up to date information on the furniture displayed there. He gives key information on price, material and also makes worthy suggestions for your overall decor with a familiar flair. He is easy to talk to and always brimming with much useful suggestions on the color coordination and quality of the purchase. Overall, this bad boy store at Kennedy corner, has become our family's beloved and traditional furniture store and we love shopping there for our home. Our home looks more brighter and beautiful thanks to the furniture at this store.- Jane S.
