Chan's King George

I was there to pick some stuff to make Chicken Gnocchi soup. This place has plenty of good produce. And even better great customers. I was have trouble with my debt card it was not working and as I was going to pay cash, this beautiful kind lady said don't worry about it, it is on me put your money away.I was shocked cause I could pay. But she said I believe good things happen to people that help others" Funny thing I said that all time to the kids when they asked when I have done the same thing.So thank you <3"

This location is still my regular stop for green grocer needs. Always great produce, the staff are nice and the parking is easy. Supportive of a local business is not hard to do.

Chan's is a really well stocked and convenient local market. I go to both the one at Ocean Park and King George frequently. Their fruit and produce is always fresh and I like to support local small businesses. I only wish they would train their staff to be more friendly and show common courtesies. There's never a smile, there's never a please and there's most certainly never a thank you. You put your groceries on the till they check them through, tell you how much you owe without as much as a smile or please. There is vast room for improvement in both stores. I've been shopping here for almost 3 years and I've had enough. I finally had to call it out.

I buy all my produce at Chan’s because it’s fresher, more local choices available, and it’s generally less expensive (a few exceptions). They have good stock and variety, including canned goods and other products. They really pay attention to the volume of customers in the store, adjusting their cashiers as needed.

This is the best grocery store you will find in town for produce!All the produce they carry are fresh, good quality and reasonably priced. Chan’s produce beats the big name franchises in town all the time for me all-rounded.I love coming here every other day to check on their sale items and get fresh ingredients for my family.The hours they have is reasonable and the workers and the owner works very hard to make sure the store is well-kept and organized at all times.They even have some dairy items as well as some frozen desserts as well as sauces and foreign snacks. It’s a convenient place for us to grab things quick when we are in a hurry and don’t want to spend an hour walking through the whole superstore further down.

Excellent store! The manager is very knowledgeable and focuses on high quality and great value produce! I highly recommend all my friends and family to shop there.

Nice and clean store. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Prices are the same or just a little less than other stores but it's nice. Will be going there for sure.

Best fresh vegetables and good prices. Lots of other items one might need like spices, canned goods, sauces, nuts, milk, cheese and some frozen foods including meals. Beside Turkey's Deli so lots of options

Superb produce selection and a decent mix of specialty deli items that make it really unique! it's far from my neighborhood but a local friend says she comes often, on foot, even though parking is ample. friendly and local, we ALL need to support small business Now more than ever! Go there!

I really enjoy this place. You have to kind of pick and choose things, as prices can really change a lot, but then that's where we are in life at the moment. They have a great selection, and it can be a one-stop shop, as it has a lot of fridge and frozen items as well. I love the fact that they bring in international treats. I even found some German cookies I was looking to buy online for four times the price. Sometimes the lines can get quite long, however usually when I'm in them, I end up snaking a few other things while I'm waiting. So much to look at. They also have gluten-free items, another health conscious items as well as a huge assortment of dried fruit, nuts, delicious cookies etc. Easy parking.
