N-Hance Wood Refinishing - Cambridge

First off I want to say the owners are and employees are really nice but I’m quite disappointed. When Al came to my home to quote me, he said that I could keep hardware, get their hardware at no charge or change it completely and not to worry bc all holes will be properly filled and that I wouldn’t see a thing so I upgraded my hardware and you can see every old hole, not properly filled. Al came back to check it out and told me there was nothing that could be done. It hasn’t been quite a year yet and it is already chipping, I can start to see my old wood colour coming though. I went with white and I think it probably could have used two coats but it’s quite obvious that only one coat was applied. When you book with them, I suggest to get in writing what Al says bc between Al and his wife, it’s never the same story.It wasn’t cheap and I’m very disappointed at quality of work.Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
