It is absolutely a fraud. I talked to Mr. Farahmand about writing two letters last February. I was asked to provide the required documentation and a $1000 deposit( 50% of the total fee). I provided everything right after. However, there has been no response after that until today (more than six months). I called his personal/office phones and left messages. Also, I emailed him several times and asked him to give me the letters or refund my money. However, there is Zero response.

Completely unprofessional, they acted on a real estate matter, claimed to pay taxes owing on the property. Even went as far as providing proof in form of a bank draft. only to realized now that they have held on to the money for over a year, and they claimed to have lost the draft and had no idea what was going on. They fraudulently collected funds and held on to them for over a year. I called them for over 5 months with no response. Don't trust them with they are completely irresponsible. They have been reported to the law society of Canada for their fraud.

How wish I could give 0 star to this lawyer .This lawyer fraud me and ripped my pocket when I want to do clarification for my case . He offended me and blocked me .he is so unprofessional .be carful about this person .he violent the rule easily .I recommend to everyone who fell in his trapGo to law society and open a case for him
