R I D I C U L O U S, nothing else to say.I needed the radio safe code for my Tiguan and I had the serial number of the radio at hand. They said they wanted 70+tax to get the radio code because they need to plug in some diagnostic code.Went online and bought the code on ebay for 11CAD. I usually don't like these websites, but I could try 8 of them before having to pay the same amount as this business.

While expensive - labour cost $145 an hour (but no dealer is cheap) - they do know their stuff, diagnosed the problem for free, and got a long job done in record time, so I was pleased.The complimentary car wash is nice too.
