I have been a customer for over 15 year and 3 Toyotas both new and used. I have always been listened to and my opinion has been considered. I have been very happy with the way I have been treated and I have gotten very good advice. I have just gotten a hybrid and now I have many questions. I am so happy to be with Hilltop because I don’t have the feeling I am asking dumb questions and sometimes I have to ask the same question more than once.This is a learning experience for me. I had to buy a new to me car and was dreading it. My first few shopping trips to other dealers was disastrous. I went without hope to Hilltop and they restored my faith. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. They talked to me like a person not a “sale”. They made me feel comfortable with the whole process and were very upfront and fair. I would highly recommend this dealership and the people who work there to anyone. Robert snd Troy were great and Sharla was so wonderful in the financing side.

We recently bought Hilltop Toyota's first all electric vehicle, the BZ4X. We are still figuring out some technology, but we are very pleased with our purchase. The salesperson, Robert MacDermott was great, no pressure and upfront information. He also helped us sell our own vehicle privately, which was service above and beyond. When we walked in we were greeted and given great information and no pressure to drive a variety of vehicles .For this purchase we were not sure what we wanted and Robert was awesome and we drove it all.
