Jai Singh - Yoga Instructor
Recently I had a personal session with Jai about learning Pranayama, a series of breathing yogic exercises. Jai not only explained the proper techniques but also explained the overall benefits, and demonstrated the proper method of performing these great stress relieving exercises. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Jai as a Yoga instructor.

Jai is one of the most fantastic yoga teachers out there period. He is very patient and explains each posture thoroughly. I also feel spiritually elevated in his class - its not merely a physical exercise with him but a deeply spiritual experience. I would recommend anyone interested in yoga to go to Jai - for he is simply the best yoga teacher out there!

My first class with Jai was through the complimentary yoga classes held at Lululemon in Coquitlam Town Centre. Jai's presence and command as a yoga teacher is phenomenal and I've never experienced that before with anyone else. Since then, I've worked with Jai for personal yoga sessions and have had him come to my office for corporate yoga classes. His classes are phenomenal and incredibly transformative. I recommend anyone and everyone to work with Jai.
