I had great service at this Tim Horton's. Very friendly staff and made me feel very comfortable. The store is spotlessly clean and my coffee was ready in less than 2 minutes. I'd make a side trip to come here again.

A solid place to stop on the road...the drive throws are soooo efficient that u can't stop for 10 seconds to put away your receipt, put a straw in a drink, they expect u to jump when they have your change after they give u your food and drink tray...been away for 9months, used this service the last 3 days...3 different spots...all the same...off hours, not busy and they move u along quickly...one stop a manager asked if she could help me...only if u r putting my receipt in the glove box!! No one behind me???After the Tim card is finished so am I!

Awful and disrespectful customer service! When ordering a meal with iced capp instead of coffee the machine was broken (that's fine I'll take my money back no problem). Well there idea of my money back was 3 dollars in change... That's not even the price of an iced capp so they just stole my money. The sandwich wasn't very well done either so no points whatsoever. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TIM HORTONS

The forgot to put mayo on all our Bagel BELTS. They then proceeded to add way too much mayo to all the belts. 0/10 mayo experience

Customer service at this location is top notch. When I used to come in every morning, the lady would remember my order and get started on it before I even ordered, so it was ready by the time I got up to the cash register. They were always so friendly and helpful!!

Well this review has been coming for a long time, if I could have given them a 0 out of 5 stars I would have. This Tim Hortons drive through location consistently gets my orders wrong , and now the new thing is “pull around to the front of the store” even though there’s no one else in the drive through. We get half the order and wait 10 more minutes to get three London Fogs, lady comes out with the drinks and we leave. Drinks are very hot and as usual have no sleeves, we weren’t about to ask for sleeves at this point as we could be waiting 10 more minutes. We arrive at our destination and go to take a drink and find out all the drinks are lattes instead of London fogs. Now I get people make mistakes but this has been a pretty consistent thing for a number of months. For the amount of money people spend and the cost of your products get it right for once !!

Dirtiest Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Empty dirty tables everywhere, neither men's nor women's bathroom has any toilet paper. Staff behind the counter serving food were very pleasant.
