Meat rubs are especially very tasty when bbq-ing meats like pork and beef. These are such genuine flavours, so unlike those from store bought spice blends made in big factories. These spice mixes are developed and their taste refined by the owner, who is himself an excellent cook. Why not support a small local business?

I had been on a search (well over 3 weeks!) for a Cajun spice/rub to use when cooking chicken. I met Rafael at the By-Ward Farmer’s Market and after a friendly discussion, decided to give his spices a go.The end result has been amazing! Check out my photos of the chicken wings and boneless skinless chicken breasts below. Very tasty and exactly what I was looking for!Thank you Rafael!
