Ricki's - Bower Place

Mikayla was very helpful and friendly. Always a sweet disposition and big smile . She was also very helpful to a new staff at the register !

I had the best experience at Rickis in Bower Place. I was returning an item I purchased online that i decided just wasn't my style. While she was seamlessly handling my return I mentioned how much I loved this outfit. Sandra the sales clerk, says they are on sale for 30% off and with your Rickis card you receive another 10%. I purchased the capris, Sandra ordered me the long sleeve blouse and searched online and all stores in Alberta to find me the short sleeved shirt to complete my entire outfit. Telephoned Sundridge location in Calgary and got me they only short sleeved shirt left in my size in all of Alberta Rickis stores. This was the best shopping experience I have ever had. Sandra you made my day. I am able to look amazing at the upcoming Pitbull concert because you provided me with such great customer service. You deserve a raise and are a great Rickis team member.

The sales person I had was great. However, there was one girl, obviously on break, who came out of the back asking a co-worker if she wanted a drink. She had on a skimpy undershirt with her breasts hanging out the side and obviously no bra. I was horrified for her as she was oblivious. She left the store. She came back to work later with a black top over this undershirt, looking slightly better. I suggest someone address the wardrobe of staff. It was a very bad look/message for such a nice store.

The best place to shop. The staff was amazing and very helpful and I am very happy with everything I purchased. Ask for Tammy...she is the best!

I always receive fabulous service at the Bower Place Red Deer store. I shop extensively online as this store rarely carries what I can find at Ricki's online. I always get fast, friendly, efficient service and usually walk out having made a wonderful in store purchase! The staff at the Bower Place Ricki's are always 5 star!

I was taking my grandma out shopping along with my daughter, my daughter had just went under a rack and before I could even get the words out an associate grabbed her by the arm and told her to get out of there, right as I was going to get her not even 2 feet away. That’s issue number one, you don’t touch people’s kids. At all. The same associate continued to give my 85 year old recently widowed Grandma and I dirty looks the rest of the time we spent in there.Mind you also did not ask to help once. You could feel the negative energy in the store.Do better, also don’t touch people’s kids. It’s one thing to be kind about it, but it’s a different story when you’re assertive and don’t give the parent one second to be a parent, and you grab someone else’s kid’s arm. Not impressed, at all. Do better.

Staff was phenomenal. Sizing options of new products were ridiculous - eg product with 6 XL and 4 M but no L.

Was feeling very deflated after looking at a few stores for interview clothes . I walked into this store and was greeted and helped right away by a nice girl wearing a teal long sleeve top today. I explained I was having a difficult time as I am quite petite. She was able to pick me out a blazer and a shirt that went perfect with my dress pants. She was very knowledgeable about products.I just wanted her to know she made my day and really made me confident for my interview. Thanks so much and sorry I didn’t catch your name!
