Overpriced, slow speeds and not reliable. Using my cellphone hotspot is far better than using this. Luckily for them we have no other options in rural SK. Edit: yes i have probably spent about 10 hours of my time on the phone with you guys already over the past couple months. At this point I have given up and am using my cellphone hotspot until I move!

Little loon was awesome. Then got bought out and now it's not as good as it was. Did have issue that took awhile to solve but they did finally fix it.

We started out with Little Loon Communications but they got bought out by access. Since Access has taken over we have horrible service! I sure hope another company comes in for rural internet because Access would not be hard to beat.

If you live in the country side of Saskatchewan I do not recommend this internet I wouldn't even want my worst enemy to use this wifi if you live in the country side and want fast high speed internet I recommend starlink mind you it's very pricy but having city wifi out in the country is the best.

I chatted this afternoon online with an Access sales rep at about 1pm. We discussed several options to increase my internet speed and I decided that I would go from Hyper 75 -> Hyper 350. The sales rep prepared a contract and at 2:30 I signed it and returned it by email. By 3:30 I was enjoying my new, much faster service! Who does that? Access Communications has the most amazing customer service. We started our service a year ago and have really enjoyed the speed, value, and reliability. Thank you so much! David, Dalmeny

Don't get access it's the worst internet it constantly goes out multiple times a day and you have to call them and they'll reset it and say they're doing maintenance why do they need to do maintenance several times a day ? I've spent over 40 hours on the phone with them in the past couple months and if they need to send a technician they're gonna make you wait a minimum of two weeks and sometimes over a month this is the worst internet company I'd give negative 10 stars if i could go to sasktel or shaw

these guys are a joke haha. we havent had internet for almost 2 months even after calling them twice, explaining our problem (we are relying on data now). thanks little loon! very cool! :)

The internet signal drops frequently. I have to restart the modem frequently. It is no where near as far or as good as Sasktel fiber optic cable. When my contract is up I will be looking for an alternative.

Great company to deal with! From the start Sheryll was very helpful and quick to send me information and set up an appointment.We had Bryce come out to do our upgrade and he was amazing! Answered all our questions and went above and beyond to get us the best service possible. We aren’t normally the type of people to write reviews but after the amazing service we received we wanted to make sure to post about it!
