They do have lots of stocked itemsWhen I visited the sales person, who was a female was not very friendly at all, no greetings, I almost for got an item on the counter and she saw it. But felt like she doesn't care at all. Sad what else to say.

I was overcharged on several items on a shopping trip a few months ago. After following up with the Dollarama head office, I was promised a gift card as compensation but never received it. It was allegedly mailed but never showed up. I was told to follow up with the post office despite having no receipt or record of it being sent. I’m not very happy with the overall customer service experience and unfortunately won’t be shopping there again.
