They did not render the service I asked for. They were hired to remove a wasp nest from under my stairs. They showed up without me being there and claimed the job was done. It was not. I had to hire another company to remove the wasp nest. I called the manager to complain and he yelled at me for bothrring me. I then said I refused their services as they did not what I hired them for. They waited 2 months and then started to charge me. They are scammers.

Un service impeccable avec Simon P. Il est calme Zen rassurant et très informé sur les attitudes des ratons laveurs. L'animal se sentait en sécurité quand il a pris l'animal dans la cage avec lui .Notre ''ratonne '' va être relocalisée à de St Denis du Richelieu.

J’ai accepté de recevoir UN service pour le traitement des fourmis lorsqu’ils se sont associés à vertdure. Ce n’était pas compliqué un traitement en 2 fois durant l’été je faisais 2 paiements. Là est mon erreur: j’ai jamais eu autant de trouble de paiement avec une cie pour de quoi d’aussi simple. Ils ont prélevé deux fois le premier paiement. J’ai du appeler et régler ça évidemment. À ce moment là je leur ai dit de tout garder mais de ne pas prélever le deuxieme paiement.. ils ont prélevé le deuxieme paiement et j’ai du encore perdre du temps à les rappeler.( et raconter toute l’histoire) j’ai été conciliante, j’avais eu un bon service terrain. Mais là que vois-je en janvier. Un prélèvement sur ma carte de credit alors que je n’ai signé aucune contrat avec eux… ça fait deux semaines que je tente d’avoir réponse mais ils sont fermés pour la periode des fêtes. Honnêtement ils gerent tres mal les prélèvements et une entreprise qui se permet de faire des contrats automatiques sans en aviser : BARRER ÇA

Cette compagnie vous faire une facture initialement qui devient un contrat qui se renouvelle automatiquement à toutes les années sans vous en faire part initialement.Ils facturent votre carte de crédit sans vous avertir.Faites attention!!!

Possibly the most unprofessional company to ever deal with. My sister hired them for flies extermination. They used a fly trap that attracted thousands of flies. (The traps smells so bad, as well.When we called them on how we could dispose the traps. They info of they’ll need to dispose of it properly. So, they sent a technician. The technician took the bags in the morning, and just dumped it directly in her neighbour’s garbage bin. (Didn’t even put it in a garbage bag). Because of the 35 degree heat, it created millions of maggots and the smell was absolutely disgusting . Spent a hour last night cleaning and disinfecting their garbage bin. Pretty sure they hired inexperienced staff that lacks any common sense.We have video’s technician put the traps in the neighbour’s bin. Customer service rep is also pretty rude.I’m not one to leave a negative reviews, but everyone should know what kind of company they are before you contact them for servicing. Would’ve given them a zero star rating if I could.

They are scammers, never done the job and charged my credit card. Had to change my credit card and wasted my time .

2021 etait tres bien, 2022 fait rapidement pas tres satisfait, nouvelle personne qui est passe en 2022
