Very friendly and professional staff. Reasonable wait times for appointments. Parking is also free with a pass you can obtain from Reception. I am very grateful to have found a family doctor at WFHT and highly recommend Dr. Zajac.

I've been a patient for over 2 years and am very happy with Dr. Ouellette, who is my main Dr. and Dr. Chou who was very helpful on the phone. In both cases, they knew my file and listened carefully. I felt they were thorough and also answered my questions patiently. The office organization and interaction has been good too.

Honestly I love it here , I left my old family doctor who I couldn't even understand to come here with my two kids and I never leave reviews but they are so easy to get a hold of so easy to get an appointment, they always take there time with me and my kids I always feel so much better when I leave I'm so happy I decided to switch to this office .

I went to this place last year. They charge fees for everything. I want to know my blood test results. They charge me 1 dollar per page for my result. They don’t include any fee related information under their agreement but when you need anything you’ll find out. My toenails have fungus. My family doctor didn’t take it seriously even when she saw my previous medical history.To add to the above,I was a patient with Dr. Rita Jaddou before. I’m 5’5,127 pounds. She said keep your current weight and don’t get any heavier. When I was your age, I was only 100 pounds. I was in my mid 20s that time and I really think she was being mean by judging my body. If the owners doesn’t believe me. I can add another point, she said she worked in HSBC before she became a family doctor.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Update: They have improved their services and now have an online booking platform where you can see availability and schedule appointments. They also have a better phone answering person. The only thing yet to improve is empathy from the family Doctor, phone conversations feel like routine, no attention to detail or genuine concern. She looks at and knows the content of your results while on the phone with you even though you booked the appointment ahead of the conversation. Everything feels rushed, she cannot wait to close the conversation. Even in areas where she can provide little guidance or opinion, she will not...I will be looking elsewhere soon.

I can only speak in regards to the receptionist staff, and Dr. Nick Paquette. I have not had interactions with any other doctors there.Dr. Paquette is BY FAR the best doctor I have ever come across. In my opinion, he possesses all of the necessary personality traits and is very knowledgeable in general medicine. I have attended the clinic for a number of different heath issues. I feel like he takes time to listen to patients' needs, and isn't afraid to take a proactive approach when it comes to ordering further tests. Too many doctors, in my opinion, take the come back if it's worse

Dr. Zajac is an incredible doctor! She really takes time to listen to my health needs - she always demonstrates compassion and care. I also appreciate that she takes the time to really explain what might be happening and how it can be treated. She walks you through what she says or does when she's with you. I think she really respects and is empathetic towards her patients - and she's a cool doctor!The administrative staff is also very kind and helpful! Any lab requests or prescriptions I require gets faxed over right away when I visit (either by staff or Dr. Zajac).Very happy with my patient experience!

My son came here first about 10 years ago. With the care and support they showed him, our whole immediate family gradually switched. The professionals here are amazing. I love how it is a team that you are dealing with and not one doctor working on their own who is overbooked and trying to get through patients. My doc is Dr. Zajac and she has been nothing but wonderful and empathetic.

I have never had such good HOLISTIC healthcare. There is my family physician Dr. Zajac who is caring with cutting edge knowledge, a Dietitian who I have used and I’ve had a Social Worker all in the same office. They are community-based and patient centred with a code of ethics moniker as soon as you walk into the office. Appointments can be made online and if you call, you never have to wait they answer right away and then ask if it’s ok to put you on hold. I am dumbfounded that there are any negative reviews.

Great concept and staff. Easy to get appointments. I am healthier today. The Province of Ontario needs to increase health care budgets to expand the Windsor Family Health Teams concept to vulnerable downtown and west end neighbourhoods to improve overall public health and reduce hospital visits.
