Fan Man Lighting

I gave a call to Fan Man Lighting to seek advise on several Casablanca ceiling fans (Inteli-touch switches) that we own. The gentleman that I spoke with was pleasant, resourceful and patient with me. He took the time to ask me a few leading questions and helped me diagnose the problems we were experiencing. I am truly greatful for him. I came in with a stuck" ceiling fan

The fan man was great to work with! He understood and clarified the issues with the remote for my older ceiling fan. He set me up with just what I needed, patiently gave me instructions for how to install. These folks know their stuff, and generously share their knowledge. Never talked down to me, which I so appreciate, as a senior woman. I’d highly recommend Fan Man Lighting to anyone with fan or lighting needs!

The owner was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my fan. The receiver I needed isn’t made any longer but he makes a replacement receiver. I got the parts in a few days which included very detailed instructions on how to replace the old receiver. All went very smoothly and within ½ hour I had saved a very expensive Casablanca fan. I strongly recommend the Fan Man.

Fantastic service. Could not find anyone locally to service my 32 year old Casablanca Delta II 3-speed fan. Suspected the circuit board was shot and ordered Fanmanlighting’s electronic replacement part. While I was told the part could take some time before it would ship (because this item is produced in-house), it was less than a week. The sales staff was extremely friendly and very helpful in processing my order. I did have a problem when installing the new part, but that was quickly resolved after following Jason’s suggestion to hard wire the part instead of using Casablanca’s quick connect clip. The replacement circuitry worked perfectly and I now expect to get many more years of service from my fan. Since I own a total of 7 Casablanca fan’s, all more that 30 years old, fanmanlighting will be my first source for parts and service.

I recently purchased an RCK55 receiver and reverse module for my fan. After installing the parts to convert my fan from the old receiver, my fan would not spin in the reverse direction. I spoke with Jason a few times over the phone and he was very knowledgeable and figured out what caused the fan to not work properly. After I changed the wiring configuration to what Jason suggested, everything works perfectly now! Everyone I spoke to at this company was so polite and knowledgeable, plus Jason went above and beyond to help me over the phone!

Jason and Jack are great guys and true fan professionals. Never have I called a company for help and IMMEDIATELY received friendly, informative solutions. Outstanding Service. They have a replacement part for the old Casablanca Inteli-touch systems. Call them with your model number, and they have your solution. From here forward I will only purchase from them, no matter the cost.
