Did not end up using this business as I was looking for a quote which the website says they provide and upon asking for this quote the girl on the phone hung up on me instead of letting me explain that’s fine they won’t quote but that I would still like to speak to a technician. Very disappointed. In any customer service industry hanging up on someone should not be an option.
